Timeline for Grievance Redressal
Acknowledgement: Received within 48 hours of grievance submission.
Resolution: Addressed within one month from the date of receipt.
The Grievance Redressal Officer will acknowledge your appeal within 48 working hours and
resolve it within one month of receipt.
