Grievance Tracking

A unique complaint number will be assigned for every grievance submitted through the ticket booking system on our website: https://www.prolife.co.in/grievance . To raise a grievance, please complete the form available on the Grievance link on our website. Timeline for Grievance Redressal

Acknowledgement: Received within 48 hours of grievance submission.

Resolution: Addressed within one month from the date of receipt.

The Grievance Redressal Officer will acknowledge your appeal within 48 working hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.
